Everything you need to know to get a Briggs District Library card.

How to get a library card

Who may get a card

Cards are free to children and adults who reside or own property in our service area.  Our service area includes all of the St. Johns Public School District.

Any student who lives outside the District boundaries, but attends St. Johns Public Schools via the School of Choice program is also eligible for a free library card.  Also, all St. Johns Public Schools staff can obtain a library card for free.

*Please bring proof of residency or school connection (such as a valid driver's license, SJPS student or staff i.d.)

Membership Fee

If a person resides outside of our district boundaries, and does not meet one of the exceptions above, they may obtain a Briggs District Library card by paying a $50.00 Membership Fee.
